Album Description
After living in their house for almost 10 years, homeowners in Rockledge, FL, started to consider the condition of their exterior drainage system. They were worried water draining from these above-ground lines could leak inside the house and lead to additional problems.
The owners wanted to avoid having to continually deal with this issue, so they started to research potential repairs. They found information about Florida Foundation Authority on Home Advisor, and they were eager to contact us for further guidance. The owners then met with Inspector Alex Graves who completed a thorough evaluation of the home and its drainage. Alex then recommended upgrading the exterior drainage system.
Foreman Jonathan Reyes and his crew then replaced the lines with newer, thicker pipe used for the French drains and downspout conductor lines. These lines were placed in the ground and directed to drain water far away from the home. A YardWell was used to conceal the end of the line in the side yard.
The homeowners are happy to now have an exterior drainage system that will help keep their home dry.
