Uneven concrete in their driveway concerned homeowners in Oak Hill, FL. They wanted to fix this problem after seeing some of Florida Foundation Authority’s service vehicles around town and in their neighborhood.
The owners contacted us for help, and they met with Inspector Bill Brown. Bill completed a thorough evaluation of the driveway. He noted this area had several spots with cracking and sinking concrete. Bill also looked at back patio areas that had the same issues. He then recommended the perfect solution to fix all of these areas.
The concrete on the property was then lifted and stabilized by Foreman Joshua Ortiz and his crew. They injected polyurethane foam – PolyRenewal – under the concrete. This material expands, fills any voids, and can lift the concrete back to level. A special joint sealant also was used on any cracks and joints.
The property is safer because of these trustworthy solutions, giving the homeowners peace of mind.
