Album Description
Homeowners in Sebastian, FL, have lived in their house for 25 years. Recently, however, they started to question the health and safety of their living environment. They noticed many areas of the driveway had cracking, uneven concrete. They also were worried about their exterior drainage system, specifically draining water from the gutter downspouts.
The owners wanted to have these problems fixed, and they were motivated to seek assistance from Florida Foundation Authority after seeing our TV ads. One of our inspectors visited to complete a thorough inspection of the property, and he presented the owners with reliable repair solutions to fix the problems.
Foreman Joshua Ortiz and his crew then repaired and protected the driveway with the PolyRenewal system and upgraded the exterior drainage system.
The PolyRenewal project involved drilling small holes in the driveway and then injecting high-density polyurethane foam underneath the concrete. This material expands, fills any voids, and allows the concrete to be lifted and leveled. The joints and any cracks were filled with joint sealant.
Pipes were attached to the ends of the gutter downspouts, placed in the ground, and directed to drain away from the house. The pipes terminated in the yard, and their ends were concealed with YardWell outlets.
The homeowners are pleased to have a safer living environment because of these trustworthy repairs.
