Album Description
During the time that they have lived in their house, homeowners in Palm Bay, FL, have been keeping an eye on exterior problems. Various areas of the concrete driveway were cracking and settling, and these issues seemed to worsen with time. The owners were concerned with the safety and appearance of the driveway, and they wanted to fix the problem before serious damage resulted.
As they began to research potential repairs, the owners found information about Florida Foundation Authority online. They were eager to contact us and meet with one of our inspectors. Alex Graves completed a thorough evaluation of the concrete, and he recommended our state-of-the-art repair solution.
One of our crews, led by Foreman Joshua Ortiz, then lifted, leveled and stabilized the driveway with the PolyRenewal system. This involved drilling small holes in the concrete and then injecting high-density polyurethane foam under the slabs. Once underneath the material expands to fill any voids, and this allows the concrete to be lifted and leveled. Joint sealant also was applied to the joints and cracks to further protect the newly repaired concrete.
The homeowners are pleased to have a safer property because of this trustworthy repair.
