Album Description
After living in his house for several years, a homeowner in Kissimmee, FL, began to grow concerned with the property’s exterior drainage system. He noticed water from the gutter downspouts would collect next to the foundation, and he was worried this water could leak inside the house.
During his research into repair solutions, the owner found information about Florida Foundation Authority on Home Advisor, and he was eager to contact us for further guidance. He met with Inspector Alex Graves who completed a thorough evaluation of the home and its exterior drainage. Alex then recommended updating the exterior drainage system.
Foreman Jonathan Reyes and his crew then replaced the lines with newer, thicker, more reliable 4” pipe for the downspout conductor lines. These lines were placed in the ground and directed to drain away from the home. The ends of these lines were covered by YardWell outlets.
The homeowner is pleased to now have an updated exterior drainage system that will help keep his home dry.
