Album Description
Homeowners in Titusville, FL, were recently motivated to address some longtime problems. They noticed water from the gutter downspouts was collecting near their house, and they were worried this water could leaking inside and lead to other damage. The driveway also had several areas that were cracking and sinking.
The owners turned to the Internet to research how to best address these problems. They found information about Florida Foundation Authority on Home Advisor, and they were eager to contact us to learn more about how we could help them. One of our inspectors visited to complete a thorough evaluation of the property. Our inspector suggested two reliable projects that would correct these issues.
One of our crews, led by Foreman Joshua Ortiz, then upgraded the exterior drainage system and leveled the concrete.
Thicker and more reliable pipe was attached to the gutter downspouts and placed in the ground for safety and aesthetic purposes. These pipes were then directed to drain far away from the home to help keep it dry.
The driveway was lifted, leveled and stabilized by the PolyRenewal system. High-density polyurethane foam was injected under the concrete to fill any voids so the slabs could be precisely leveled. The cracks and joints also were filled and protected with joint sealant.
The homeowners can rest easier knowing these repairs have helped create a safer living environment.
