Album Description
After living in their house for several months, homeowners in Orlando, FL, noticed areas of standing water between their house and a neighboring home. Concerned water could leak into their house or their neighbor’s, the owners wanted to see what they could do to fix the problem.
As they began to research potential repairs, the owners came across Florida Foundation Authority’s website. They were eager to contact us for further guidance and meet with one of our inspectors. Joseph Grimsley then visited to complete a thorough evaluation of the home and its exterior drainage system. Joseph then recommended upgrading this system to help keep the properties dry.
Foreman Mike McDonald and his crew then replaced the lines with newer, thicker pipe used for the downspout conductor lines and French drains. These lines were placed in the ground and directed to drain water far away from the homes.
The owners, as well as their neighbor, are happy to now have an exterior drainage system that will help keep the home dry.
